The Clinical Observation Of Modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis (Weakness Of Spleen And Stomach)

Object: By planning the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,that is,with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction treatment of the disease,and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation Liujun Zi Wan capsule comparison,through statistical software for data analysis to determine the former treatment of chronic The clinical efficacy of non-atrophic gastritis(Weakness of spleen and stomach).Method: From Changchun College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of 72 patients that were diagnosed with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(cold-heat mixed type)were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(36 cases),control group(36cases).In the clinical observation,the patient compliance is good,and no samples fall off.Therefore,the number of cases actually observed is 36 in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.The treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,the control group given Liujun Zi Wan capsule,the two groups were 4 weeks.To observe and record the two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms points,electronic gastroscopy,statistical analysis and comparison.Result:(1)In the treatment group,36 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 24 cases,the total effective rate was 87.88%;The control group of 34 cases,markedly effective in 2 cases,effective in 25 cases,the total effective rate was 60.61%.The total effective rate was lower in the treatment group and the control group than in the control group(P <0.05).(2)Compared with the statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups before the drug intervention,P> 0.05,it can be compared.After treatment,the two groups of symptoms were improved,the treatment group compared with this group before treatment P <0.05,the treatment group to improve the more obvious,compared with the control group after treatment P <0.05,suggesting that the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion: From the above data can be obtained,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Indicating that Buzhong Yiqi Decoction treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Weakness of spleen and stomach),can promote the healing of gastric mucosal inflammation,the effect was significantly better than Lijunzi Wan capsule,moreeffective in alleviating discomfort,improve patient life Quality,and has security.
