Purpose:To investigate the pathogenesis of CAG weakness of spleen and stomach,observe the clinical efficacy to improve the diagnosis and treatment of CAG and to provide the best health education program for clinical doctors and patients.Methods:Review the Internal Classic,Canon of Medicine,Neijing,Miraculous Pivot,Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,Synopsis of Golden Chamber,Classic of Questioning and other medical books systematically,to excavate pathogenesis of gastric mucosal lesion and summarize the main points of health education.Take 60 standard clinical patients with CAG as study object,and randomly divide them into treatment group and control group.The basic situation,symptoms,signs,gastroscopy and pathology of the two groups are statistically different.The treatment group was treated with LiuJunZi Decoction,1 doses per day,half hour after breakfast and supper,and 200ml every time;The control group was treated with Weifuchun,half an hour before dinner,4 pills every time,3 times a day.A course of treatment is 6 months.After a course of treatment,reexamine gastroscopy and pathology;statistically analyze the symptoms,signs,gastroscopy and pathology of the patients before and after treatment,and judge the effect of treatment.Results:The treatment group with tonifying spleen and stomach method is superior to the control group in improving symptoms,gastroscopy and pathological grading effect.Conclusion:Treatment of CAG weakness of spleen and stomach with tonifying spleen and stomach method does not only improve the curative effect,but also improve the histopathological morphology obviously.
