Objective: Through understanding the current situation of the application of micro-course and flipped classroom in the operating room of the three-A hospital of Xinjiang Urumqi the author investigates and analyzes the influencing factors,And the "micro-course + flipped classroom" teaching method was adopted to conduct intervention study on the nursing students in the operating room of a three-A hospital of Xinjiang Urumqi and evaluate its application effect.Methods: The self-designed "operating room nursing teaching teachers' micro-class and flipped classroom application" questionnaire was adopted.A total of 217 operating room teaching teachers from the three-A comprehensive hospitals and three-A specialized hospitals in Urumqi were randomly selected and investigated.The intervention study of intern nursing students in one of the operating rooms of a hospital was conducted using the "micro-course + flipped classroom" teaching method.From July to September 2016,36 nursing students entered the operating room for internship as the control group.From July to September 2017,36 nursing students who entered the operating room for internship were assigned to the experimental group."micro-course + flipped classroom" teaching method was adopted for practice teaching.To compare the theory?practice test results and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in two groups of operating room.To evaluate the teaching effect of "micro-course+ flipped classroom" teaching method in operating room practice nursing students.Results:(1)Investigation on the application of micro-class and flipped class shows:Among 217 operating room teachers,there are 27(12.40%)teachers had applied micro-course and flipped classroom teaching method.and 190(87.60%)teachers had not applied;The age ofteaching and the difference routes to get the micro-course resources of the teaching staff during the practice of nursing students in the operating room were different,which had statistical significance for the use of micro-course or flipped classroom(P < 0.05).Use the influencing factors of micro class or flip application class and gender,teaching age,educational background,contact time and access to factors as independent variables,further establish regression model analysis,the educational background is the main influence factors(P<0.05);More than 80.0% of operating room teachers think that appropriate resources for online micro-course are lacking,and the disorganized network resources make it difficult for users to find suitable resources.More than 90.0% of operating room teachers believe that the teaching base lacks the micro-course and flipped classroom application environment,and lack of relevant applied training and incentive measures.More than 90.0% of operating room teaching teachers believe that there is a lack of teaching application models of micro-course and flipped classroom for reference.More than 60.0% of operating room teachers have insufficient understanding of micro-course or flipped classroom teaching.The teaching ability of designing and producing micro-course and applying micro-course and flipped class appropriately in teaching practice needs to be improved.(2)Comparison of theoretical,practical results and satisfaction between experimental group and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),The theoretical and practical results of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),Teachers in the experimental group were better than the control group in evaluating the satisfaction of nursing students(P<0.01),Nursing students in the experimental group were better than the control group in evaluating teachers' teaching satisfaction(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The application level of micro-course and flipped classroom teaching method in operating rooms of the three-A hospitals in Urumqi is low and needs to be further improved.Among them,teaching age,concept,access to micro-course resources and educational background are the main influencing factors.(2)After the intervention of the teaching mode of "micro-course +flipped classroom",the performance and satisfaction of the experimental group were better than that of the control group.The teaching mode of "micro-course + flipped classroom" can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of clinical practice of nursing students in operating rooms.
