Objective:Functional gastrointestinal disorders are a class of common chronic functional disorders of digestive system,which exclude significant organic lesions(such as tumor,inflammation,etc.).It is characterized by comPlex disease,duration of hosPita-lization,Persistentchanges,Poortreatmenteffect,the characteristics of functional gastrointestinal disease Patients in a long time under Physical discomfort,and is easy to be associated with mental illness,the quality of life of Patients with straight down,a lot of waste of medical resources.Worldwide,due to different diagnostic criteria,PoPulation categories and research methods,the incidence of functional gastro-intestinal disorders,risk factors and other rePorts are quite different.So far,western countries generally use the Rome IV standard for the study of functional gastrointestinal disorders in the general PoPulation,while for the Chinese PoPulation research,esPecially for the sPecific college students,there is less research.This study investigated the ePidemiology of functional gastroin-testinal disorders in Chinese medical college students using the Rome IV standard.Methods:From SePtember to December 2016,a random survey of 1000 students in Xingtai Medical College of functional gastrointestinal disease and related factors was samPled.The basic information of medical students was measured and analyzed.The incidence of functional gastrointestinal disorders,the incidence of common symPtoms of functional gastrointestinal disorders,and the distribution of symPtoms in different Professions,genders,ages,and so on were investigated.The P values in both grouPs were examined by both sides,and P<0.05 showed significant difference.Enume-ration data were checked by X2 test.Results:after the exclusion of organic lesions,a total of 776valid questionnaires were identified,among which 26.4%were male,205 were female,73.6%were female,571 were female,and 19.63were 1.06 years old.Among them,there were 395 nursing students(50.9%)and 381 clinical students(49.1%).The incidence of functional dysPePsia,functional diarrhea,functional consti Pation and irritable bowel syndrome were 5.9%,6.1%and 7%and 0.6%,resPectively.Functional constiPation was more common in women(8.2%),while functional dysPePsia had a tendency to decline with age(r=0.950,P=0.050).According to the incidence of functional gastrointestinal disorders,functional constiPation was the most common(7%),followed by functional diarrhea(6.1%)and functional dysPePsia(5.9%),while irritable bowel syndrome was rare(1.2%).Functional dysPePsia has a tendency to decline with age,while functional constiPation is obviousThe incidence of female students was significantly higher than that of boys.The rate from the Point of view of various symPtoms of functional gastrointestinal disease,abdominal Pain,abdominal distension,Pharyngeal foreign body sensation,nausea,abdominal distension,constiPation,food reflux rate is high,are more than 30%;with frequent focus,Pharyngeal foreign body sensation,abdominal distension,abdominal distension,nausea,belching,early satiety the high incidence of two or three times a month or more often in some cases are more than 10%;the influence of gender on gender differences,abdominal Pain,constiPation,diarrhea,abdominal Pain,nausea,vomiting,belching,early satiety,food reflux,the symPtoms of anal Pain significantly(P<0.05);Professional factors,abdominal Pain and distension the symPtoms of constiPation,belching,the major difference is significant(P<0.05);age factors,foreign body sensation in the throat,vomiting,food reflux,diarrhea,abdominal Pain symPtoms of the more obvious changes with age(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among medical students,functional constiPation is the most common disease in functional gastrointestinal diseases,followed by functional diarrhea and functional dysPePsia,while irritable bowel syndrome is rare.There are significant gender differences in functional constiPation,and the incidence of female is significantly higher than that of male students...
