Study On Tibetan Medical Diagnosis And Treatment For Hepatic Hydatid

Objective To explore the effect of Tibetan medicine on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatid disease in the plateau region.Method We looked up a large number of Tibetan medical literatures,summarized the related literatures of cyst and parasitic diseases,then clarified the etiology of hepatic hydatid disease.The etiology and clinical manifestations in common of liver disease,cyst and parasite depicted in more than 60 Tibetan medicine works were summarized,then combined with the western medicine literatures about echinococcosis,and compared it with the actual cases(the above cases were from cases of hydatid in the Traditional Tibetan hospital in Qinghai province and the Traditional Tibetan hospital of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture during 2012-2016,a total of 105 cases);In addition,hepatic hydatid disease were classificated by analyzing 105 cases and ancient books and literatures of Tibetan medicine.In terms of the treatment,an effective treatment plan was concluded by interviewing more than 20 specialists in the Tibetan hospitals of Qinghai province,Sichuan province,Tibetan autonomous region.Result Through looking up the literatures,we clarified the causes of hepatic echinococcosiswere seven factors: Sen,masiva,engel,yellow water,shield,riesen,long.Through analyzing the literatures of Tibetan medicine,literature of western medicine and 105 cases of liver disease,the main clinical manifestations of hepatic hydatid disease were defined: pain in liver area,loss of appetite,wasting and Itchying.The secondary symptoms are recurrent attacking,headache,jaundice,the fine,tight,swimming and weak pulse,the urine is ball,foam,color dark red,the heavy smell.According to the combination of theory and practice,the classification of hepatic pericardium was analyzed,and three kinds of liver capsule were divided into three categories: long type liver echinococcosis,red type liver echinococcosis and bacon type liver echinococcosis.According to visiting the experts of liver hydatid disease,the Tibetan medicine has the effect of treating liver disease,eliminating the yellow water and the enantitis,eliminating inflammation,eliminating cyst,nourishing the liver,etc.By referring to the classic works of Tibetan medicine,such as the four medical classics,it is clear that the thirteen saffron powder has the effect of treating the above liver diseases.Conclusion the Tibetan medicine can play an active role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatid disease.
