Altruistic punishment is the hot-spot of current researches in recent years. It has challenged the classical economical theory and rational person hypothesis. And quite a number of studies proved that altruistic punishment plays an important role in maintaining social norms and promoting cooperation. So far, researches on altruistic punishment behavior focus on adults, and extensive researches focus on motivation of altruistic punishment. For the source of altruistic punishment, there is a paucity of researches. And those researches on adolescents' altruistic punishment's from the developmental psychology is quite scarce. Indeed, there are studies have explored pupils altruistic punishment behavior's characteristics of the different grades, but in China related shudies from few middle school students are scarcity. Therefore from the perspective of researches on the junior students' altruistic punishment can be more in-depth understanding of the laws of altruistic punishment, expand the scope of the study of altruistic punishment. And it is very necessary to provide a new way of thinking to revisit the socialization of middle school students. Therefore, this study randomly selected students from a middle school in grade 1, grade 2 and grade 5 as subjects, using third party punishment game paradigm to conduct three experimental researches. Experiment 1 adopted fictitious situation type game task of altruistic punishment game to explore the junior high school students' altruistic punishment and grade developmental characteristics, to explore the effects of the induced mood, grade and unfair degree to the altruistic punishment of junior high school students; Experiment 2 adopted fictitious situation type game task of altruistic punishment game to explore the effects of dictator's group, induced mood and grade of junior high school students to the altruistic punishment behavior. Experiment 3 adopted fictitious situation type game task of altruistic punishment game to explore the the effects of responser's group, induced mood and grade of junior high school students to the altruistic punishment behavior. The results demonstrate that:(1) Three grades of junior high school students will perform altruistic punishment behavior, but there are no significant differences between three grades. While unfair levels affect altruistic punishment. In the face of higher unfair level situation, junior high school students will perform more altruistic punishment behavior; under anger mood, facing higher unfair level situation, students will perform more severe punishment, according to low unfair level situation. And the pleasant mood did the same.(2) The incidental emotion did affect altruistic punishment behavior. Under the anger emotion, the junior high school students will perform more than altruistic punishment behavior than under the happy mood, and it does consist in the three grades.(3) The three grades showed significant inter-group bias under different experimental conditions. When junior high school students are in the face of out-group dictators, they will make more severe altruistic punishment behavior. When junior high school students are in the face of in-group recipients, they will make more severe altruistic punishment behavior.
