In recent years,school bullying comes out endlessly,and always be the hot social issue when it is reported.School bullying exists prevalently in primary and secondary schools,which is the potential hazard to the normal school teaching order,the good campus atmosphere and the physical and mental health of the students.The study deeply explores the psychological mechanism behind the campus bullying from the following parts.In this study,there are four parts.Part one,looking back on the research records of campus bullying and related theories,and fully demonstrating the research hypothesis.Part two,making field research at a high school in Henan province.Part three analyzing the relationship among the in-group bias,dehumanization and bullying behavior based on the actual questionnaire survey and datas.Part four.combing the experience of other countries in the process of solving school bullying,and coming up with some suggestions for governing the campus bullying in our country.Results:(I)the in-group bias of boys is more obvious than that of girls in middle school.(2)the dehumanization level of boy's is also higher than that of girls in middle school.(3)boys' cyberbullying is significantly higher than that of girls in middle school.(4)there exists significant correl,ation among the middle school students'in-group bias?dehumanization belief' and traditional bullying behavior.(5)when in-group bias has effect on traditional campus bullying,dehumanization belief will act as the complete mediator.(6)in terms of strategies of traveling with campus bullying,the author will putting forward some suggestions by summarizing and taking example by the others'successful experiences,and taking the contemporary social state and existing empirical research into consideration.
