On The Problems And Strategies Of City Community Cultural Service Construction

A perfect community public culture service not only can enrich people's lives but also can embody community residents' thought and morality and culture qualities.It also can promote interpersonal interaction and harmonize neighborhood relationships in all kinds of activities.It plays a positive role in promoting community residents' selfparticipation and self-management and it can enhance community residents' sense of responsibility as well.For the community,we need prosperous community culture and we need to build a harmonious society;while for our country and society,we need to implement a scientific outlook on development and achieve humans' full development.All of these place a greater demand of establishing a sound community public culture service on us.The thesis analyzes the background,significance and current status of studying the current community public culture services and elaborates the theoretical basis of public culture services and especially makes a theoretical analysis of the public basic concept,the connotations of public culture services,the structure of community public services and the necessity of constructing public culture services.Taking the case of Shizishan community in Hunan province,the thesis makes a detailed introduction of the present situation of the construction of the community public culture services and makes an intensive study of the main problems and reasons of the construction of the community public culture services by means of field surveys,questionnaires and statistical analyses.Drawing on the experience of the construction of some splendid communities' public culture services and their characteristics in our country and abroad,the thesis proposes the strategy to construct a community public culture service in Shizichong,Hunan province from the aspects of the management system,personnel training,service contents,the fund guarantee mechanism and the work linkage mechanism,etc.The thesis,which is based on theories and supported by data and takes a case for reference,has strong pertinence,feasibility and practical significance.
