Personality has a greater impact on creativity, but localization personality whether under the influence of external motivation creative play?The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between independent personality and creative thinking, and the intermediary role of the achievement goal that having or not having consciousness by situation priming and questionnaire.The research hypothesis:high and low self personality start by the achievement goals of different consciousness.It is have a significant impact on the ability to put forward and solve the problem of creative science. Considering the hypothesis above, two researches were carried out in this paper.The first research selected 556 high school students as the test, let them through the task test of the questionnaire of the independent personality and the creative science problem. Investigating the influence of independent personality on the ability of creative science and the mediating effect of achievement goal under different consciousness by variance analysis and Main effect analysis technique. The second research selected 328 high school students as the test, investigating the influence of independent personality on the ability of creative problem solving, Especially for the influence of negative creativity, and the mediating effect of achievement goal by variance analysis and regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there were differences in the demographic variables of creativity.The creativity has significant professional differences, The creativity has significant difference between liberal arts students and science students.There is a significant difference between high school students and secondary vocational school students:the students in the vocational school are better than the students in the high school.In terms of flexibility, there are significant difference between high school students and vocational school students:vocational students were significantly better than high school students.In terms of originality, there are significant difference between high school students and vocational school students:vocational students were significantly better than high school students.There are differences in the demographic variables of the independent personality. there are significant differences between high school students and vocational school students in personal initiative:vocational students were significantly better than high school students.There was a significant difference between male and female students in personal opening:boys are significantly better than girls.The personal flexibility has significant grade differences:the are significant individual flexibility differences between high one and three, the individual flexibility of twelfth grade was significantly higher than the freshman year in senior high.There were significant differences between male students and female students in personal flexibility:girls were significantly better than boys.There were significant differences between liberal arts students and science students.The relationship between independent personality, goal consciousness and creativity.Under high independent personality, conscious achievement goal and unconscious achievement goal is better than the creativity of non-goal, there was no significant difference of creativity between the conscious achievement goal and the unconscious achievement goal.Under the low self-support personality, the creative of the unconscious achievement goal is better than the conscious achievement goal and the non-goal, the creative of the conscious achievement goal is better than the non-goal.In order to further analyze the differences and their interaction between the independent personality group and the objective consciousness, this research has made a simple effect analysis.The results showed that:the creativity of the independent personality in the conscious achievement goal was significant, the creativity of the independent personality in the unconscious achievement goal is remarkable and the independent personality significant difference on creativity of goal.The relationship between independent personality, conscious achievement goal and negative creativity. The achievement goal plays a part of intermediary role between independent personality and creativity, accountability and openness play an intermediary role in the negative creativity under the conscious achievement goal.Conclusion:the achievement goal plays a partial intermediary role between the independent personality and creativity.This research can enrich the theory of independent personality and creativity, Providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the cultivation of students'independent personality and creativity in school education.
