With the further development of regional economic integration,more and more attention has been paid to the economic development of industrial clusters.As a new form of economy,culture and art industry plays a more and more important role in promoting national economic and social development.Promoting the development of culture and arts industry in the form of clusters will inject vitality into the regional economic competitiveness.But at present,our country has not made remarkable achievements in all kinds of cultural and arts industries.The main reason is that the understanding of the theory of culture and arts industry cluster is not very thorough,and the practical experience is not enough.So it is very important to study the theory and empirical research of culture and art industry cluster to promote the sustainable development of Chinese culture and art industry.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods are used to discuss the development of the industrial cluster of art and culture.Begins with the brief introduction of the arts and culture industry development research background,research status and the significance of the development of the;and then the author makes a comprehensive overview of culture and art of the related theories of industrial clusters;then deeply discuss the arts and culture industry cluster evolution mechanism theory;finally to Wuhan Tanhualin Arts and Cultural District as an empirical analysis of the case investigation and analysis of its evolution mechanism,and the mining on the basis of the problems encountered in the cultural and Arts District,the development of cluster,given Tanhualin historical culture and Art Zone of cluster development strategy.
