| Under the call that culture promotes urban to develop,historical and cultural blocks has widely attracted the focus of people.In recent years,Wuhan City has gradually increased the protection of historical and cultural blocks and development efforts,but not given system proposal about development.And academic research has not analyzed the problem from the development process,mechanisms,effects and strategies.As the first batch of historical and cultural blocks in Wuhan,Tanhualin is representative.This study will describe the developnent process7 summarize the development characteristics,analyze the mechanism and influence of the development,finally find out the existing problems and put forward the feasible measures.On the one hand,it provides scientific advices for Tanhualinj on the other hand it can enrich research framework in this field.This study mainly relies on the spatial production theory of Lefebvre.Based on the "spatial practice",it will describe the spatial scope and social structure;Based on the "representation of space"and filed theory,it will analyze the reasons about development from political,economic,cultural,social dimensions;Based on the "space of representation",it will analyze the social,economic and social effects of the development by doing the questionnaire and Interview;Finally,it will find out the problems about development and give advices.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The spatial scope is gradually expand,the scope of the delineation is more accurate.The development process can be divided into three periods:the Ming and Qing Dynasties to 1949,Chinese and western civilization are blooming;1950 to 2005,the population density has become larger;since 2006,the people has given wide attention to build recreational space.In a word,the develop variable becomes richer and more co-operate,the space becomes more open.In addition,its feature of recreation highlights;(2)During the development of Tanhualin,the government is engaged in the co-ordination,and the real estate enterprises participate in the process by flunds,and the cultural practitioners and community groups respectively promote the development through artistic creation,entertainment and service activities.(3)60.11%,59.07%residents respectively said that the development has optimized the transportation,residence and other social hardware elements.Over 40%residents thought the development has had small influence on relationship between residents,but 37.30%residents pointed out that it has created security problems;74.10%residents indicated it has improved the level of economic development,58.03%thought it has increased employment rate;Last but not least,79.47%agreed that the development has improved environmental awareness,but also brought environmental pollution(accounting for 77.72%of the sample).(4)Currently,there is a traffic jam and weak accessibility in Tanhualin,the houses are too intensive and old.Neighbors are still contradictory,security management is not strong;The industries trend to be low-end,residents have a little enthusiasm to participate in economic development;The green space is relatively small and air pollution is serious;(5)In order to achieve sustainable development,we should improve traffic and housing conditions,create a friendly neighborhood atnosphere,strengthen public security management;Also,we need to develop cultural industries by consolidating human and cultural resources;In addition,we should increase the proportion of green space and adopt multi-faceted strategies to alleviate air pollution. |
