| Along with the urbanization process entering into the accelerated development stage of our country,the contradiction between urban construction and the protection of cultural relics is becoming more and more prominent.Unmovable cultural relics of zhengzhou damage to different extent since the 1990 s.Due to the lack of scientific understanding of the value of cultural relics,many cultural relics have been "constructive destruction" and "protective destruction".In recent years, as the country for the constant attention and committed to the cause of cultural heritage protection,the practice of cultural relics protection planning and research has been carried out in Zhengzhou.Cultural relics protection planning in terms of its nature, its primary task is to protect the cultural relics,and the second is giving reasonable use of cultural relics,creating the modern value of the cultural relics.Because the cultural relics protection planning mainly concentrated in the big ruins planning in Zhengzhou,there are few research on protection of cultural relics of the overall urban planning.The cultural relics protection planning is in the primary research stage with lacking of theory and practice experience.In this paper, the author according to the analysis of current cultural relics protection planning of zhengzhou,summarizing main problems of the current planning of cultural relics protection, explaining the problem from the institutional aspect,the compile aspect and the implementation effect.By introducing the communication planning theory, and the theory of "anti-planning",aiming at the problem of cultural relics protection planning of zhengzhou, researching the countermeasures to solve the problem.To carry out the cultural relics protection planning based on the theory of the communication plan system research,and researching on division into districts for the protection of cultural relics based on the theory of the " anti-planning". |
