Using experimental measurements and questionnaires, this paper explored the relationship between mindfulness, time perception and emotional expression;so as to modify the mindfulness training programs based on them. Then we put the new mindfulness training programs in practice to verify it's effectiveness through group training. Results showed that:(1) Compared with short-time-distance(500ms or less),mindfulness will have a higher influence on time perception in the case of long-time-distance(500ms ~1000ms).(2) In the case of long-time-distance(500ms ~1000ms), emotional expression regulates the impact of mindfulness on time perception.(3) In the practical application process, emotional expression can enhance the impact of mindfulness on time perception. |
