The Study Of The Movement Of Educated Youth To The Countryside In Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province(1968-1980)

The Campaign to Send Down Youth to the Countryside was one of the most important episodes in contemporary China.Now looking back this period of history, the social problem is still worth extensively studying, which under the command economy. At first, the studying is mainly concentrated in civil. The real return to the academic world due to the western scholars. And then at the end of 1980 s, Chinese scholars began to look to the study of the history. However, the study of the movement is mainly concentrated in the national research, regional research is still insufficient. This article is based on this starting point to explore, The Campaign to Send Down Youth to the Countryside in Jiu jiang County, Jiangxi Province to highlight the regional characteristics and enrich the study.This article is divided into five chapters. Introduction part is divided into three sections. The first is given for the campaign research significance, including the theory significance and the practice significance; secondly, the key point of the research status at home and abroad; finally, briefly reviews the research content, the research methods, characteristics and innovation and have basic research work. The first chapter mainly discusses the background of campaign both in nationwide and in Jiu jiang County. The second chapter mainly discusses the mobilization and placement of the rusticated youth in Jiu jiang County. The third chapter mainly discusses the life of rusticated youth group in Jiujiang County, so as to outline the life of rusticated youth in this region. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes, the rusticated youth back to the town and the end result of the problem in Jiujiang County, which focuses on the concrete proposal and basis of calculation of work age back to the town, for studying the treatment standard provides the policy basis. The fifth chapter discusses the positive influence and negative influence of the rusticated youth in Jiu jiang County,and provides a rational thinking space for the society. Finally, in the conclusion part of this paper is: "difficulties and hardships make you success".Admittedly, the social effect of the campaign is debatable. But the rusticated youth group worths approving, in a certain extent, they bear the special historical period of social responsibility and the contribution is indelible.
