Objectives:(1)To develop a mindfulness training which is suitable for adjusting adolescents' emotion,in order to help the student build a kind of special attention mechanism to reduce anxiety.(2)To practice observing and experiencing instant emotion and feelings and learn to accept ourselves and others.(3)To embed the mindfulness training into daily life and help students develop it into habbit and form an independent attitude. The first reasearch selects 16 testees through independent recruitment and use of trait anxiety inventory(TAI), in which testees are randomly divided into experimental group(N = 8) and the control group(N = 8). The experimental group receives the training 2h once a week, which lasts for six weeks in total.the weekly training aims to help participants to learn and consolidate the 5-10 minutes of exercise recording, and promote students' independent short exercises every day;The control group do not do any training. Before and after the experiment two groups of participants are tested by means of trait anxiety inventory(TAI), self-esteem scale(SES), social avoidance and distress scale, mindfulness attention awareness scale(MAAS) to verify the intervention effect. The second research uses mindfulness to relieve anxiety and social avoidance and distress case design, focuses on five weeks mindfulness consulting, once a week, 60 minutes at a time. Before each consultation, monitor data and individual subjective report are collected in order to verify the effect of intervention via trait anxiety inventory(TAI), self-esteem scale(SES), social avoidance and distress scale(SAD)and mindfulness attention awareness scale(MAAS).Results:(1) the contrast within both the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment in terms of the level of trait anxiety, self-esteem, social avoidance and distress levels and mindfulness is not big(p > 0.05);(2)There is a conspicous contrast within the experimental group in terms of trait anxiety, social avoidance and distress, mindfulness note(p?0.05);(3)There is slight contrast within the control group in terms of trait anxiety social avoidance and distress(p>0.05)Conclusions:(1) mindfulness concentration training for six weeks effectively reduces the secondary specialized school students' trait anxiety;(2) mindfulness concentration training help reduce social avoidance behavior and social distress feeling of secondary specialized school students.(3) mindfulness concentration training program is easy to be accepted and used by adolescents. More research is worth doing in the future.
