Employee's individual innovation behavior can add market competitiveness for the organization,it is an important influence factor of organization for the long-term development.In addition to the influence of employees' individual level on the generation of innovative ideas and implementation,the impact of organizational level also need to be taken into account in during the transition of the innovative ideas into the implementation.On the basis of internal research,this study selected 327 employees as the research object.In order to explore the the employee's individual innovation behavior,and confirm how core self-evaluations and organizational justice effect of employee's individual innovation behavior,With the statistical software of SPSS21.0,research used descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and the mediating effect of testing to draw the following conclusions:(1)In general,the employee core self-evaluations was between mediocre and good,and there are no significant differences in the demographic variables.The employee organizational justice was well,it had significant different sense of organizational justice in different age,different woking-age and different units nature.The employee's individual innovation behavior was the medium level,it had significant different sense in different gender,different title and different units nature.(2)The employee existed of a significant positive correlation between core self-evaluations and organizational justice,organizational justice and individual innovation behavior,core self-evaluations and individual innovation behavior.(3)Core self-evaluations significantly predicted individual innovation behavior,both innovation ideas and implementationdimensions.(4)Organizational justice significantly predicted individual innovation behavior.Procedural Justice dimension positively predicted both innovation ideas and implementation dimensions.Informational justice dimension positively predicted implementation dimensions.(5)Organizational justice had a significant mediating effect between core self-evaluations and individual innovation behavior.Procedural justice dimension had amediating effect between core self-evaluations and innovation ideas dimension,core self-evaluations and implementation dimension.Informational justice dimension had a mediating effect between core self-evaluations and innovation ideas dimension,core self-evaluations and implementation dimension.
