The Study Of Life Scale Of Preliminary Establishment To College Students

Background The life view is part of the social ideology.Its evolution changes along with the development of the society.Great changes in college students life view have inevitably taken place as our society changes immeasurably in recent years.While accepting the rapid development of society,we must accept its side effects which can be called "stuck" life of the university campus.It has led to frequently occurred phenomena that college students ignore life.Therefore,there should be enough attention to the status quo of contemporary college students life view.However,the question now is the increasing conflict between the growing spirit demand of college students' life view education and relatively lagged development of corresponding education in university.It is urgent to compile the suitable scale of college students life view and analyze its status quo.Objective According to literature analysis of college students life view,we determine the concept and operation definition of life view,compile easy-to-use scale,test its reliability and validity for predicting the current status,analyze the status quo and find the problems which provide the theory basis for education research.Methods Based on former related research literature about college students life view,the study integrates the definitions,the exploration of dimension and the status quo,combines the dimension that apply to our college students after discussion and multiple revisions by experts,learns from dimensions and items proposed by previous researchers at home and abroad and then compile the scale composing of 90 items.After analyzing the item and exploratory factor of early recycling scale measurement data and ensuring item cut and dimensions,we determine the formal item of college students life view and conduct the second test.Then we analyze the confirmatory factor,test reliability(internal consistency reliability and spilit-half reliability)and inspect validity(content validity,structure validity and criterion related validity)on the basis of the second recycling scale data while carrying out the statistical analysis on the formal scale of recycling data and discussing the status quo of college students' life view.Results According to literature research,the study analyses the obtained data with SPSS and AMOS software and finally determine the formal scale of college students life view including three dimensions about life cognitive view,life attitude,life education and 33 items after the study of the open interviews with college student and expert advice to the revision of the item.Analysis of surveys of the characteristics of 1055 college students reveals that college students life views are different in the demographic variables.The second and fifth grades have main effects in scale scores,life attitude factor,life education factor.Major and grade have interaction effects in life attitude factor and life education factor.Conclusion The preparation process of the proposed scale of college students life view is scientific and rigorous.Experiments show that its reliability and validity are accord with the requirement of statistical geodesy center physical scale establishment.It can be used to measure college students life view in real life.Analysis of surveys of contemporary college students shows that their life view is positive in general.The majority can treat life rationally.But there are some of real issues.College students have different demands for life education among different demographic variables.Chinese universities need to carry out life education according to the characteristics of college students life view at different stage.
