The Influence Of Risk Type And Driving Experience On Risk Perception

The driver is the most important part of the traffic environment,road traffic accidents caused by the driver and also there is a big connection.This is where the driver's perception of the risk of accidents and the ability to have a close relationship.Dangerous driver perception refers to the driver of potentially dangerous traffic situations in the ability to identify and make a response.Therefore,the study of the risk of the driver's perception,improve the driver's perception of the risk of capacity,is to improve the current status of traffic safety is an important factor.By using the classical method of foreign risk perception test in this study,combined with the actual road accidents and the characteristics of our country,use the tachograph shooting and editing a video as a test material risk perception.Then using the eye movement technique,42 novice drivers and 44 experienced drivers' eye movement data were analyzed and investigated systematically complex road conditions and simple road conditions and driving experience,the influence of risk types on the driver's risk perception.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Simple road conditions,the experience of the driver's reaction to the dangerous speed faster than the novice driver,the number of eye gaze less than the number of novice drivers.Driver of the speed of reaction to sudden danger,first pay attention to the duration of the risk of eye gaze dangerous times and pay attention to the risk of total time is less than that of the slow dangerous;for the first time to see the dangerous time to greater than that of slow risk.(2)Complex road conditions,the reaction speed of the driver's experience,for the first time see dangerous time,eye gaze dangerous times lower than the novice driver,first pay attention to the duration of the risk than novice driver;driver on the suddenly dangerous reaction speed,pay attention to the risk of total time shorter than slow risk and duration of sudden danger for the first time pay attention to the risk less than in slow risk.Overall,under two kinds of road conditions,driver's experience because of experience and cognitive schema good,their risk perception ability better than novice driver,fast reaction;due to sudden danger time is tight,the driver of their reaction fast total fixation time less.
