Research On The Contribution Of Shared Resources To The Cultural Industry In Jinan City

In recent years, the concept of industrial cluster research has become more and more widely, with the rise of industrial clusters, enterprises to bring the entire industry cluster effect more and more become the core competitiveness of enterprises, the culture industry as an emerging industry. 2015 is facing greater downward pressure on economic development under the cultural industry from both the development speed and quality of development are achieved the great achievements in the China, contribute to the national economy is gradually increasing, but with the development of industry government constantly aware of the traditional mode of development of the cultural industry in the remarkable economic growth rate has also brought some waste of resources, so in recent years the development of the cultural industry cluster and can save the cost for more and more the enterprise continue to bring innovation vitality in all over the country, with the continuous exploration and development, the cultural advantage of agglomeration more prominent.From the point of view of the cultural industry cluster research, research on the cultural industry cluster focus in cultural industry cluster competition advantage, cultural industry cluster formation mechanism of external features, of cultural industry cluster advantages constitute a resource which is a micro foundation of relatively less, finally resulted in the study on cultural industry cluster stays in the cluster on the cluster level, not on cultural industry cluster development to guide.This article attempts from the viewpoint of resources. First of all, combined with the industrial cluster concept and the concept of the cultural industry defined the concept of cultural industry cluster, and according to the theory of resource advantage of cultural industry cluster competition advantage, industrial cluster internal resources of shared resources for identification, that cultural industry cluster's competitive advantage resources ability mainly comes from in clusters of shared resources and strategic resources. Through the research on the development status of the cultural industry cluster in Jinan City, the paper chooses Jinan city to develop a more mature cultural cluster to carry on the empirical analysis. To grasp the concept of cluster, the composition of resource elements based on combined with general industrial cluster evaluation index of cultural industry cluster sharing resources sharing degree evaluation index system is built, based on entropy weight method to determine the index weight, according to the construction of TOPSIS evaluation model to analyze the selected evaluation objects. The results showed that the overall competitiveness of the cultural industry cluster in Jinan City compared to other cities there is a gap and different districts of Jinan City Cultural Industry Cluster whether from the clusters' overall competitive advantage or shared resources construction, there is a wide gap. Finally, this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures of the construction of cultural industry cluster sharing resources, and maintain the sustainable and healthy development of the cultural industry cluster.
