In the past 30 years of Chinese policy,reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved a leap forward development,and the national income has also increased significantly.On the basis of the great satisfaction of people's basic material needs,their extreme desire for spiritual culture has become more and more intense.What is closely related to the level of cultural consumption is the supplier of cultural products and services: the cultural industry.Nowadays,the cultural industry is developing like a fire.In some areas,there has been a phenomenon of cultural industry gathering.The gathering of cultural industries has also promoted the development of cultural industries.In this context,it is of practical significance to study the impact of cultural industry agglomeration on cultural consumption levels.Firstly,this paper sorts out and comments on the relevant research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of cultural consumption and industrial cluster.Then,from the four possible ways of economic effects,innovation effects,policy effects and cultural effects,the influence mechanism of cultural industry cluster on cultural consumption level is analyzed.The concentration of cultural industries promotes the supply of cultural products and services,which causes the prices of products and services to fall,the concentration of cultural industries stimulates the spillover of editorial knowledge and improves the performance of cultural industries;the concentration of cultural industries attracts investment in capital and accelerates the development of cultural industries,industrial cluster accelerates cultural communication and creates more cultural values.This paper analyzes the development of cultural industries in various provinces in China by using the indicators of cultural industry cluster.The general situation of cultural consumption is analyzed from the scale of consumption and the proportion of cultural consumption in disposable income.Through the establishment of a cultural consumption level evaluation index system,comprehensive measurement of the cultural consumption levels of various provinces in China.Finally,using the grey relational analysis method,the variable intercept variable coefficient model is used to empirically test the impact of cultural industry agglomeration on cultural consumption level.The results show that cultural industry aggregation has a positive effect on the improvement of cultural consumption level,and the intensity of positive effects is different due to the differences in various regions.At the same time,the two-step test method of e-g is used to regression the panel equation,to further demonstrate the relationship between cultural industry agglomeration and cultural consumption level,and to draw the conclusion that cultural industry agglomeration and cultural consumption level have a driving effect.According to the research results,this paper come up with several strategies and suggestions on promoting the development of cultural industry,so as to promote the cluster of China's cultural industry and improve the level of national cultural consumption,including: using regional differences to cultivate cultural industry clusters with distinctive characteristics;increasing industrial policy and fiscal policy to culture support for industrial agglomeration;enterprises should actively carry out extensive and diversified cooperation and innovation among enterprises;improve the quantity and quality of urban cultural facilities,and further promote the development of local cultural consumption.
