Research On College Students' Interpersonal Trust Scale Revision And Promotion Strategy

Interpersonal trust is the degree of reliability and the psychological expectation of the character and ability of the objects in the communication between people and people. The Chinese nation is a state of ceremonies, has always advocated honesty,attention to the trust between people. College students are an important force in the construction of the future of the motherland, their interpersonal trust not only directly affects the healthy growth of college students, but also has important influence on the development of the society.Methods: This study revised the college students interpersonal trust scale of Zhang Jianqi(2012) by means of interviews and literature, and then applied the revised scale to carry out the survey. 687 questionnaires were recovered.Research object: college students in Nanchang UniversityResearch conclusion:(1) The revised the college students' interpersonal trust metric form "by the trust of ability and character trust two subscales:, competence trust component table consists of five dimensions: ability of the family trust, the trust of friends, couple ability of trust, trust of teachers ability and with the ability of trust; trust character component table of family character of trust, the trust of friends character, pair of lovers character trust, the trust of teachers personality and by the five dimensions of trust of the students personality.(2) Revised the college students' interpersonal trust metric form "has good reliability and validity, total scale, Cronbach's alpha coefficient = 0.936, split half coefficient was 0.918; competence trust subscale of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.878, split half coefficient was 0.671; trust character subscales of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.886, split half coefficient was 0.765 can used as a effective tool for college students' interpersonal trust degree of survey.(3) College students' interpersonal trust in gender, grade, professional, whether there is a significant difference in the demographic variables of the only child.(4) College students' trust in other people's character is higher than that of others' ability.(5) The study think can from the following several aspects enhance interpersonal trust of college students: appropriately raise ego to protect consciousness, strengthen their self-cultivation; peer through our sincere communication, establish harmonious interpersonal relationship; family members do equal communication, improve harmony parent-child relationship; intimate love relationship can decrease of College Students' sense of loneliness; colleges and universities should pay attention to the construction of campus culture, for college students to create a integrity, harmonious environment; social give students the dual protection of law and morality.
