Study On The Economic Development And Ecological Changing Of The North Region In Guangdong Province In Qing Dynasty

To reveal the relationship between population and environment in the historical period, and to explore its regularities, is an important mission for modern historical geography. In the historical development of the north region in Guangdong province, the Qing dynasty is a very important period. During the reign of more than 260 years in Qing dynasty, more comprehensive development of the north region in Guangdong province, resulting in a significant change in the ecological environment in this area. In this paper, the author will put the “human-environment interaction” as the breakthrough point, put the ecological environment of "change" as the clue, from the perspective of economic development and ecological environment change, discuss on the economic influence factors in the process of ecological environment change, and analyze the interactive relationship between economic development and ecological environment changes.This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter introduces the natural geographical environment of the north region in Guangdong province, analyze the evolution of the political area and the distribution of population of this area in Qing dynasty, In order to provide the historical political and cultural background through restoring the economic development and ecological environment of the region in Qing dynasty.The second chapter discusses the economic development of this area in Qing dynasty. From agriculture, handicraft industry,forestry,forestry,transportation and other factors to restore the social economic situation of the north region in Guangdong province in Qing dynasty, the discuss focus on the development of agriculture and mining industry which play an important role in the local economic life, as this is the main driving factors of ecological environment worsening of the north region in Guangdong province in Qing dynasty.The third chapter restorates the specific process of change of ecological environment of the north region in Guangdong province in Qing dynasty, and systematically analyze the reasons. It is pointed out that the destruction of forest resources in mountainous area, reduction of wild species, frequent natural disasters, are the ecological environment deterioration of the north region in Guangdong province in Qing dynasty. Changes of ecological environment of the north region in Guangdong province in Qing dynasty, is the result of the interaction of natural factors and human factors. On the one hand, the most area of northern Guangdong belongs to the mountains, and the climate changes, the ecological environment is relatively fragile. On the other hand, from a large number of data, population growth, excessive deforestation, unreasonable development, is the main reasons that cause the environment deteriorating continuously in this period.Finally, the conclusion part summarizes the whole paper, and put forward some relevant suggestions on the sustainable development of the north region in Guangdong province.
