Yi,Luo,Qin River are important downstream tributaries of the Yellow River,which are into the Yellow River in the western and North of Henan Province.The west,north Henan is an important production base of traditional agriculture and disaster-prone region,so the disaster and agricultural economic development is particularly important.Scholars have a lot of researches on the irrigation water,disasters and the towns of the west,north Henan.There is no researches about logical relationship between cause and effect analyzed several factors.This paper analyzes that how the natural disasters affect agricultural economic development.Improving water conservancy,excellent geographical location,abundant labor ensure that the agricultural high yield and stable yield.At the same time,the region has a convenient trade.It is not merely dependent on traffic in west and north region,flourishing commercial area,rich natural resources more sustainable economic development has laid a solid foundation.The set of market town set increase during a shorter time interval.Agricultural economic development in the region shows a regional division of labor,specialization and expand the scope of the characteristics of agricultural markets...
