In his later period, M·Foucault committed to explore a new mode of subjectieviezation. False concept of subject in modern times has led to the rise of nihilism. From "Death of God", Foucault deduce the proposition "Death of man" logically. It is necessary to prob a new mode of subjectieviezation to create real individuals of freedom and overcome nihilism. This exploration begins with Foucault 's redefining and distinguishing between the notion of ethics and moral. Foucault make a transformation of the concept of moral, which he get from Nietzsche, with Heidegger 's thought. Foucault redefine the "moral" as the human perception and understanding of the historical existence of himself;while the ethics is defined as the practice of freedom. Although the "ethics" is bound to a certain "moral" framework, but as a free ethical practices still continue to disrupt and break the established "moral" frame, which changes our relationship with foreign objects- change our historic exist, thereby forming a new morality. By means of re-define and distinguish, Foucault study and reflection since ancient Greece to Western moral and ethical activities of modern type, the ancient(pagan)with Christian moral ethics, modern moral separate, pointed out the so-called "moral history" false continuity; ancient Greece to find the body of the model has some reference value, and to some extent, promoted the cultivation of ancient Philosophy resurrection. Pointed out by the means of "free practice"(ethics) and the production of "spiritual knowledge" will really help us to complete the reconstruction of the subject and the overcome of nihilism.
