With the rise of China’s economic capacity, the impact of Chinese culture is also growing, Chinese hot in Thailand also set off a wave of enthusiasm. With the popularity of Chinese in Thailand, the demand for master bilingual talents in Thailand is more than before. The Chinese language has become one of the subjects of college entrance examination examination in Thailand, Chinese teaching has achieved good development in Thailand.The author in the present study mainly on the differences in structure of Chinese and Thai double object semantic, syntactic and pragmatic etc. Draw the following conclusion: First, in terms of semantics, Chinese double object sentences and Thai double object sentence, the mobility of two languages is consistent, is rich in Chinese ditransitive verbs and Thai ditransitive verb is not a lot. Second, in terms of syntax, the word order and position of double objection between Chinese and Thai is opposite, double object word order and position of is opposite, thus creating the direct object preposed phenomenon in Chinese double object structures, and Thai appear direct object the postpositive phenomena. Third, in pragmatic aspect, because of the contrary in word order between Chinese and Thai, thus creating the different in information transfer, also led to the position of important information in a sentence is not the same.The author suggests in learning process can be combined with the culture, stimulate the enthusiasm of students in learning Chinese, at the same time, the teaching methods should be gradual, timely summary, and find out the reasons, when necessary to increase classroom activities, improve the enthusiasm of the students.
