On The Studies Of Cultural Construction Of The New Urbanization Process

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,new urbanization construction has become an important part of the development of the economy and society in our country.In the national new urbanization planning(2014-2020),which was published in March 2014,it emphasized that during the process of our urbanization construction,we must adhere to these principles--the people-centered,four modernizations synchronization,optimize the layout,ecological civilization,cultural heritage of the Chinese characteristic.Urbanization is the important means to promote our country’s urban and rural areas to melt and solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" quickly in China.Cultural construction as an important task of the construction of the new type of urbanization,has played a positive role in promoting urbanization development.But,with the rapid development of urbanization in our country,together with the change of the social norms,system,culture and so on,the conflicts between traditional culture and modern society development has appeared,which are difficult to compromise.Such as:culture under the fault of urbanization development,makes the oneness of urbanization construction into the same model.The deficiency of protection in local characteristic culture,regional material culture and non-material culture,The modernized spatial layout,especially the north-south axis,grid road of urbanization has great impact on traditional DaWuDing and the traditional architectural features which is on the basis of the wooden architecture.The construction of urbanization which lacks the cultural connotation and pursues of the quality quantity weakened the positive effects of the local culture on the history heritage,the cognition of civilization and social prosperity.The pursuit of visualization of the construction of the process causes the ignorance to the cultural connotation of urbanization and the hinder to achieving the goal of construction of urbanization,etc.Chapter one describes the research status of the new urbanization cultural construction from the research background,research significance and the research situation both at home and abroad,puts forward the research methods and innovation points.Chapter two discusses the connotation of the cultural construction and the new type of urbanization construction,and the relationship between them and puts forward the leading value of the cultural construction in the new urbanization construction,namely,the cultural construction guides the development direction for new urbanization,culture construction provides new train of thought on the development of new urbanization,culture construction provides the new type powered support for the urbanization development.Chapter 3 discusses the current situation of the development of new type of urbanization construction and cultural construction according to local practice.We find that the government support system is not perfect,the management mechanism is deficient,the cultural concept of the farmers is incomplete,the guiding and training mechanism is not perfect and so on,which are the main causes.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter discuss the principles and the methods for the development.Putting forward the positive improvement suggestions on the basis of the development principle and the constructive countermeasures from the following aspects--the government,the cultural industry,cultural education environment.
