The book cover design of the Republic of China from the traditional to the modern, is an important turning point in the development of book cover art. During this period, the change of government, social unrest, the imperialist invasion forces continue to increase. In the Chinese traditional aesthetics and Western culture and art continuous collision, Republic of China books cover design experienced the transition from the old, flourishing period and stable period of development.
