Anduo Tibetan area is a geographical concept in the traditional cognition of Tibetan areas, but not an administrative district. There is no explicit line to define it. On account of receiving less impact from the local authority Pamuzhuba in the Ming Dynasty, the management strategy of Anduo Tibetan area, where is much like a demonstration area on governing Tibetan in the Ming Dynasty, is more or less different from that of Wusizang.Reviewing 276-year-long history of the Ming Dynasty, every governors adopted totally different policies and guidelines of Yuan and Qing Dynasty to the governance and administration of Tibetan areas, including requiring Tibetan leaders to surrender and enfeoffing the monks who surrendered. The policy enfeoffing the monks who surrendered fit in the Tibetan areas' characteristics, dispersion politic and independent religion power, with economic benefit of upper class and common people firmly connected with the trade of inland and border areas, helping maintaining and reinforcing Ming Dynasty's centralism. Based on this, there was close co-operation and communication between Ming Dynasty's court and Tibetan eminent monks, so it was an important strategy to enfeoff those Great Hierophant under such a specific historical background and environment.In this paper, through four chapters arrangement of the Ming Dynasty in jinglve Amdo Tibetan four related issues, they are the Ming Dynasty with the arrangement of Anduo, Ming Dynasty in Amdo packet 'His Holiness' textual analysis, Zephaniah Zhu Wei "establishment and the A Take religious policy, to guide the effects of Ming Dynasty governance in Amdo Tibetan region of Qing Dynasty treatment strategy. Explores through these issues relevant to the study, systematic exposition of the Ming Dynasty to Amdo Tibetan jinglve and layout, interpretation in Amdo Tibetan areas of governance and the implementation of the governance strategy, explore of Tibetan Buddhism, the tea horse trade and tributary system significance of Tibetan governance for the Ming Dynasty to expand.Through the research to demonstration of the Ming Dynasty as the yuan, Ming and Qing three generations of the governance of the Tibetan intermediate links, in the governance strategy inherited the pattern of the Yuan Dynasty, but in the governance structure and the administrative system and a large number of innovative and creative initiatives. Therefore, the governance of the Ming Dynasty also opened the Tibetan Prefecture in the Qing Dynasty to the Amdo zoning management precedent. Therefore, the governance of Anduo in Ming Dynasty is an important stage in the historical changes, great significance and profound influence..
