Study On The Risk Management Of Natural Disasters In The World In Cultural Heritage

The world cultural heritage site has outstanding universal value; it is common culture and the spiritual wealth of all mankind. With the social development, environmental change and excessive tourism development factors, it has experienced for thousands of years, surviving the world cultural heritage to (Heritage) increasingly fragile coupled with the influence of all kinds of risks, so that the heritage of the face more risks, but among all the risk is often natural disaster risk to heritage zone, fatal or extremely serious damage, to the heritage protection work brought greater threats and challenges, it makes people more clearly aware of the importance, necessity and urgency of the risk management of the natural disaster in the heritage site. The Party Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to the protection of the world cultural heritage, due to the long-term excessive exploitation and unreasonable utilization, heritage is facing a huge threat, some heritage to die or are gradually being destroyed, therefore, to strengthen the protection of cultural heritage without delay.World cultural heritage is mankind the common material and spiritual wealth and precious non renewable, with outstanding universal value and protection of the world cultural heritage is not subject to damage, mainly to protect its value is not compromised, every heritage carries historical, artistic or scientific value. When heritage in the face of natural disasters, to avoid damage, or would be expected damage reduced to the lowest level to the heritage value as far as possible to be continued, so the risk management theory is introduced into the world cultural heritage protection and management becomes particularly important.This paper focuses on the heritage of natural disaster risk management, put forward the corresponding process of risk assessment and risk assessment and the main contents of each stage, aiming at the process of risk assessment standards and risk response has been proposed to the actual situation of heritage.
