The Study Of Shousu Gathering In Qing Dynasty

Shousu gathering which was held for Su Shi's birthday in Qing Dynasty is a kind of literati rally.In lunar calendar December 19th,literati hang Dongpo's portrait,set out Dongpo's favorite things and create literary works to commemorate Su Shi.In the 39th year of Kangxi period,Song Luo first directed Shousu gathering in Canglangting.In the Qianlong period,Bi Yuan and Weng Fanggang did much to spread the activity,so more literati took part in the gathering in many places.To the Jiaqing and Daoguang period,Shousu gathering had become common literati Xiaohan gathering acticity and the region also extend to the border area.Since then,Shousu gathering had continued to the Republic of China.A large number of literary works were produced in Shousu gathering,most of which was poetry.In the past research,these works has not been paid enough attention.Based on the compiled Shousu literary works,this paper intents to discover the basic situation of Shousu gathering and Shousu literary creation in Qing Dynasty.In early period,getting Su Shi's things and arriving at the place which Su Shi has arrived at were the most important reasons to hold Shousu gathering.Influenced by predecessors and presiders,literati often wrote seven-character-ancient-verse and used Su Shi's poem rhyme.After that,Shousu poetry was not limited to describing the situation of Shousu gathering and Su Shi's life experience,literati's personal life experience,the regional situation of Shousu gathering and the current political situation get into the Shousu poetry.The content of Shousu poetry continued to expand.At the same time,the image of Su Shi was unceasingly rich,in addition to his literary achievements and open mind after suffering relegation;many other characteristics such as outstanding military skills,statesmanship,his loyalty to Song Dynasty and approachability had been strengthened.In the ceremony of Shousu activity,the portrait was very important,and the popularization of Shousu had prompted the portrait production and duplication.
