Long Shu Temple,formerly known as Xing Cheng Temple and renamed Long Shu Temple in the early years of Dao Guang,was one of the important places for the gathering of in the Qing Dynasty.The gathering of literati in Long Shu Temple in Qing Dynasty experienced four periods,namely Shun Kang,Qian Jia,Dao Xian and Tong Guang,and gradually became prosperous.There were no lack of literary celebrities and even the power and wealth in the dynasty,which epitomized the rise and fall of Literature in Qing Dynasty.The gathering in Long Shu Temple are diversified,which can be divided into picnic rally,festival rally,farewell party,imperial examination rally and birthday party.The development of the Qing Dynasty literature in poetry,ciology and academia can be seen from the work of the gathering of literati in Long Shu Temple.During the period of Ka Dao,due to the deepening of social contradictions,the nature of Xuannan Poetry Club changed from amusement to society.With the rise of Song studies since Dao Xian,the style of study in the Qing Dynasty experienced a change from "respecting Han and suppressing Song" to "taking both Han and Song," The emergence of the Song dynasty in modern times reversed the tendency to respect the Tang Dynasty since the seven literati around the Ming dynasty.The interaction between Duan Mucai and Wang Pengyun influenced the development of the late Qing dynasty,making "heavy,clumsy,and grand" a new aesthetic of ciology.The influence of Tongcheng School broke through the barriers of parallel script and gradually became a grand view.The literati gathering in Long Shu Temple had a far-reaching impact.As a typical gathering place for literati,Longshu Temple witnessed the development of Literature in the Qing Dynasty.In the past 300 years,more than 100 gatherings in Long Shu temple not only deepened the integration of Man and Han literature,but also promoted the two-way interaction between the imperial literature and the local literature,which became the symbol of the prosperity of articles in the previous dynasties in the view of the aged in the Republic of China.After the fall of the dynasty,it still exuded literary charm and became an important part of Xuannan culture.It can be said that the gathering in Long Shu temple is a typical event in the history of the Qing Dynasty,and the poetry produced during the gathering is a classic specimen depicting the development and evolution of literature in Qing Dynasty.
