On Pop Music Talent Cultivation In Music Department Of Baoding University

In recent years, with the continuous development of China's education, higher education shows the trend of structural transformation and scale enlargement. While the new features in the curriculum design of local colleges has become the focus of the society. In the market economy environment, highlighting the school characteristics and cultivating of market-oriented talents has become the primary problem for newly undergraduate colleges. Therefore, the research of educational characteristics and personnel training mode of Newly Established Local Application-oriented Institutions is of great theoretical and practical significance.The background, the mode, the significance and value, the problems and corresponding suggestions for improvement of popular music talent cultivation in Music Department of Baoding University are analyzed and studied in this paper. This study is of great value for Music Department of newly established local colleges to transform, cultivate applied pop music talents, meet the market demand for pop music talents, make an scientific and healthy development, and improve the employment rate of students.
