The twenty-first Century is the era of competition for talent,especially by the hitherto unknown attention to cultivate applied talents,with the rapid development of high technology,the competition between countries is becoming increasingly higher.Talent has become an important work of the party and the government.The key to cultivate talents in the new era is education,and preschool education is an important starting point for people to receive education,and also the beginning of lifelong learning.Teachers play an important role in preschool education in the process,its quality influence the development of preschool education.The education reform,put forward higher requirements of artistic accomplishment of preschool education for preschool teachers,training applied talents majoring in preschool education especially the cultivation of applied ability of music.However to improve the music application type of preschool education,students majoring in preschool education needs,must be solved urgently.In this paper,the use of literature,analysis,interviews,questionnaires and other methods,through the reading of the relevant literature to understand the preschool music course teaching research.Visit the kindergarten in Nanchang,to understand the specific needs of different kindergarten teachers to the music ability,and the views of the college graduates of preschool education in recent years on the demand for musical ability and Its Enlightenment to teaching.Four universities in Nanchang City preschool education specialized student questionnaires,interviews with the music teachers,analyzed the music curriculum and teaching situation of four universities,in-depth information analyst personnel training program setting,strength,students,teaching materials,teaching implementation,evaluation methods,teaching conditions that some aspects of the situation.To draw the conclusion: at present,the music curriculum of preschool education in Nanchang City,setups,training objectives,the method are not perfect.so the cultivation of University preschool education professional quality is not high,and can not meet the needs of the society.Faced with this dilemma,combined with the characteristics of music course of preschool education,the music application ability of students majored in preschool education as the primary task to preschool education teaching work in the future,amend the training plan,improve the problems in curriculum implementation,training can make the preschool teachers to adapt as soon as possible,to explore the basic ideas music talents.
