Juan Domingo Peron is a famous president in Argentina. He was in charge of the regime in Argentina twice during 1946-1955 and 1973-1974. The "Peronism" that he created has also made a great difference.Peron grew up in a multi-ethnic family. Once during World War II he visited the fascist countries such as Italy and Spain. Fascism has affected him to some extent. He became the labor minister in 1943. In 1946, Peron won the election and became president.Peron adopted the policy of economic independence and nationalization. Peron developed two "Five Year Plan" to develop industry. Peron established the Argentina Development Trade Research Institute and passed through the plan of cultivating state land and part of private land. His political policy: forming the only party, amending the constitution to allow re-election. Peron firmly dominated the trade unions and the military. In terms of social welfare, Peron took some reformist measures, but the effect was not so obvious. In foreign affairs, Peron started from the "third position" to contend between the Soviet Union and the United States. Peron came in power in 1973 again, after that Peron issued a series of policies ambitiously, such as the "Three Year Plan", the restrictions on foreign investment, the development of new labor law, uniting Latin America. However, due to his serious illness, Peron finally died in July 1974.This paper tries to analyze and explain Peron's policy in many aspects, such as the policy, the result and the influence after the stage of Peron's power. Also Peron's policy involved in some of the problems, such as, how to deal with the industrialization, urbanization and agricultural problems, how to solve the problem of the public welfare. These have a great influence on other third world countries.
