Practice Report On The Interpretation Of Patent Information Annual Conference 2015

The practice report is based on the interpretation of Patent Information Annual Conference 2015. The content of interpretation is from the speeches in Breakout Session 1 of this conference, and these two speeches are respectively “Practices of Protecting Corporate IP in Internet Context” and “Patent Navigation Boosting Industrial Innovation and Development”. The interpretation also includes the introduction of speakers and speeches by the host.This interpreting practice is simultaneous interpreting from Chinese into English. The interpreting practice report is composed of five parts: Task Description, Process Description, Preparations before Interpreting, Case Analysis and Summary, among which, Case Analysis is the core part. In the Case Analysis part, the interpreter mainly analyzes the problems and experience in the process of interpretation and discusses the important skills and some mistakes in simultaneous interpreting. The Summary is the practice experience of the interpretation, which provides guidance for complete future interpretation work better.
