Clutch word is a special kind of vocabulary in the modern Chinese vocabulary, and it is easy to occur in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The teaching of separable words is a difficult point in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In recent years, many scholars have started to explore the teaching of the clutch word in order to break through this difficulty.This paper summarizes the main expansion forms of the separable words in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, summarizes the types of errors and causes of errors in the use of the separable words, and puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies.In the course of the study, the students who are at the primary level of Chinese learning are obviously higher than those of the foreign students who have a higher level of Chinese.This study aimed at the primary Chinese learners, to explore their use of the clutch word when the error occurred, the bias of the study and analysis.According to the analysis, this study found that in the primary stage of Chinese learning, the use of the clutch word of the students are mostly dislocation and overlap error.The main causes of errors are internal and external factors.Internal factors include negative transfer of primary Chinese learners' negative transfer of their native language, learners' different learning motivation, and different learning methods used in learning Chinese. The primary Chinese learners are affected by the different degrees of these internal factors when they learn and use the clutch words, resulting in a lot of errors.In addition to internal factors, there are also external factors that affect the learning and understanding of the primary Chinese learners. Including learning Chinese textbooks used in the explanation of the clutch word is clear, foreign language teachers in the use of the word when the teaching method is effective.According to the characteristics of the clutch word, this paper puts forward some teaching strategies on the current situation of the teaching of Separable Words in the existing foreign language by using the error types of the separable words. One is from the teaching principle of in instruction in note the induction and the summary, of "from" and "integration" teaching balance, of the detachable words extended forms of teaching attach importance; in teaching arrangement, should be easy to difficult step by step in learning detachable words, to learn word surface in 1928 phrases; the third is adopting classification, replacement, practice, the combination of methods in the teaching methods. It is hoped that these can be helpful to the teaching of the separable words, which can help the learners to master the use of the clutch words more effectively.
