With the fast development of industrial informatization, the demand of skilled person is growing, and China is paying more attention to vocational education, and the whole society is concern about teacher's teaching burnout. Teacher's teaching burnout means that teachers can not deal with the work stress effectively, and generate the extreme psychological reaction. Under long-term and high -level working stress, teachers will in the statement of emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and low sense of achievements. Teachers, because of its vocational characters as serving and helping others, they are easy to generate teaching burnout. Teacher's burnout mood will affect not only their teaching quality but also their mental health. Under the trouble of teaching burnout, teacher will question their teaching ability, deny their effort and diligence. The paper takes the English teachers of Shaoyang Vocational and Technical College as sample, use "MBI" as original version, and we revised it according to the situation of the school, then make a survey among the English teachers. We found that, the College English teachers exist teaching burnout in some degree. According to the result of the survey, we analyzed the reasons which cause the teaching burnout of college English teachers, and provide suggestions to prevent and reduce the teachers'teaching burnout from three aspect:society, school and individual.The purpose of the study is to cause the attention of the whole society to the college English teacher's teaching burnout, and analyze the reasons it generates and find effective ways to solve the problem. To promote physical and metal health of college English teachers, and improve English teaching quality. The study has significant meaning to the international development of vocational education.
