According to the Tourism Organization predicted that China will become the world's leading tourist destination country in 2020.In the face of the rise of China's tourism industry,the secondary vocational education to the requirement of tourism major students' English ability also ascend to a new height.Explained tourist attractions skillfully and vividly for tourists is the center of tour guide.But secondary vocational school students whose major is tourism English basis is very poor,and it's not easy for them to memorize English tour guide speeches,besides that they lack of persistence of learning English interests.To solve this situation,reading and reciting is the most suitable for the students at present.It includes reading and reciting.It's easy to master and the most effective model of traditional language learning.The implementation of this method is to organize the students to increase the knowledge accumulation of English tour guides by reading and reciting,and then to improve students' ability to express English tourist guide words in essence.But the traditional reading and reciting for students struggling to cope,if no new changes,for secondary vocational students to change the school effect is also difficult.But the "education plan","education informatization development in the following ten years plan(2011-2020)" and "the Ministry of education to accelerate the development of occupation education informatization",the three program proposed to promote the teaching reform and innovation in information technology to promote the occupation education,change the teaching methods and learning styles,promote the integration of information technology and curriculum teaching the depth of research reading teaching has brought my opportunity.In this study,the main research subjects are two parallel classes in 2014 tourism of HLJ business school.The research lasts for eight months.On the basis of the relevant theory,using the methods of testing,questionnaire and case interview,the effect of the reading and reciting teaching method on the English tourist guide words in the secondary vocational tourism major English tour guide was systematically studied.The research draws the conclusion: with the help of multimedia,the students use the readingteaching method to learn English tour guide word,students master more and more tour guide speeches,the speech spoken quality is also higher and higher.By reading and reciting method,it not only enhance students' confidence of saying English tour guide speech,but also improve their oral English ability.Reading and reciting teaching method to say the English tour guide word is targeted,it completely can be accepted by students and adopted,so the reading and reciting teaching in secondary vocational school of tourism major English commentaries has feasibility and operability.
