The Three Basic Source And Application Of Contemporary Legal Documents

The scope of this article is the contemporary legal document nouns,namely from1949 since the founding of new China.In this paper,the author studies on the legal document the noun refers to according to the category of contemporary scholars on legal documents defined on the basis of nouns.In this paper,the contemporary legal document noun traceability study respectively,and the three basic sources of law,linguistics,document study and archival science has certain significance.The three basic sources include traditional,contemporary western transplant and own inheritance.The traditional inheritance is divided into two aspects of ancient and modern,western transplant and includes two aspects of modern and contemporary to transplant.This article mainly divides into four parts,except the first part is overview introduction to the development of the contemporary legal document nouns,the other three parts is according to the channel.Every part of the first agency research meaning and application of the nouns in the contemporary legal document,then carries on the back.Each chapter summarizes again,to combine point on the surface of the line.
