As a combination of science technology and teaching,Chinese audio-visual-oral course is gradually accepted by Chinese learners with its unique and innovative mode.The development of the teaching materials will inject new vitality into the Chinese as a foreign language teaching.Therefore,the study of Chinese audio-visual-oral teaching materials is of great significance to Chinese as a foreign language teaching.The author selects the "Prefect Match" and "Learn Chinese Through Movies" two sets of audio-visual-oral teaching materials to make a comparative study by the text and video materials.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first one mainly talks about the research status of audio-visual-oral teaching materials,the research object and methods.The second chapter elaborates theoretical basis of comparative analysis of audio-visual-oral teaching materials,including Linguistic Theory,Teaching theory,A Second Language Acquisition Theory and other background knowledge.The third chapter contends the Comparative analysis of two sets of textbooks.We can find that the contends of“Perfect Match”can be much more popular for the younger students,further more,the structure of the commentary is more convenient for teachers and students to use.While “Learning Chinese through Movies”has rich variety of exercises.And the ways of introducing the culture can bring convenience for class discussion.The forth chapter compares video parts of two sets of teaching materials,including screen effects,subtitle matching,video dubbing,speech rate and so on.After the comparison,The feature that the pronunciation and the high speech rate in “Perfect Match” is closer to daily communication can be found.So,this set of teaching material fit for the students with high level Chinese proficiency.While,the pronunciation and speech rate in“Learning Chinese through Movies”is much more standard.In the fifth chapter,the author write proposals with textbook theory and second language acquisition theory for audio-visual-oral materials.Including enriching the content of audio-visual-oral teaching materials,promoting the diversification of audio-visual teaching materials,improving the scientific of it and paying attention to the details.At the same time,the author also puts forward some proposals for traditional teaching materials,which is the innovation of this article.To hope that it can provide useful information for the compilation of audio-visual-oral teaching materials and the innovation of traditional teaching materials.
