With the development of bilateral political,economic and cultural exchanges to become more frequent,number of people learning Chinese in Mongolia is also increasing,came to the number of Mongolian students learning Chinese in China has greatly increased in Inner Mongolia region and Mongolia country become the first choice of many Mongolian students coming to China.Through on in Inner Mongolia,Xilin GOL League,two by school of 107 name Mongolia students for of voice survey,voice survey points listening to test and pronunciation test,using compared analysis,and partial errors analysis and the II language acquisition have related theory,using CS software and voice analysis software Praat V6.0.12 and Chinese Mandarin of pronunciation for compared analysis,find Mongolia students easy appeared Chinese voice partial errors of initials,analysis appeared partial errors of reasons,and combined "muscle moving theory",For different reasons and of Chinese initial consonants pronounced features specific teaching strategies,and according to the characteristics of the Mongolian students to the Mongolian and Chinese language teachers teaching suggestions.Survey results show when the Mongolian and Chinese consonants sound the same when consonants,the role of positive transfer of mother tongue,it will be easier for these consonants Mongolian students learning,there will be no errors.When the Mongolian and Chinese consonants when similar sounding consonants,students don't know when pronunciation and articulation,you will find native language similar in tone in order to replace,thus creating a bias.When Mongolian is not and when Chinese consonants sound the same or similar consonants,students will have difficulty,such consonants are consonants of Chinese Phonetics teaching for Mongolian students in the important and difficult,error rate is the highest of the initial consonant.Mongolia students Chinese voice partial errors rate high of initials is "f,and ZH,and ch,and sh,and z,and c,and j,and q,and x,and n,and l,and g,and k",main reasons is native--Mongolia language of negative migration and knowledge of excessive generalization,as in learning has initials bilabial "p" of pronunciation Hou,again learning initials "f" of pronunciation Shi,due to Mongolia language in the no Labio-dental,students on easy appeared by learn knowledge transition of,will "f" sent into "p" of sound.Author in second language acquisition theory and Chinese phonetic teaching research based on the results of,each prone to bias the consonants are given specific teaching strategies.Using the most intuitive feelings,each consonant articulation and enable students to experience different parts of.Such as using paper placed his lips or fingers,feel directly the aspirated consonants and aspirated consonant difference;by blowing out the candle game,feel the airflow when the strength of Chinese consonant pronunciation,both active classroom atmosphere,and was impressed by students,and get good results.Also according to the characteristics of Mongolian students themselves,based on the teaching of motor theory and its practice,some related to the Mongolian and Chinese language teachers teaching suggestions,hoping to help Mongolian and Chinese phonetic teaching,especially the initial teaching.
