This study focuses on the current situation of teacher-student interaction, the existing problems and their relationship with academic self-efficacy.This paper mainly includes two research designs: Research 1 introduced the PPCT model as the theoretical basis to analyze the relationship between variables. In this model, the individual and the environment variables can not directly affect the development variables, but indirectly affect the development variables through the impact of the recent process.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 439 migrant children aged four or five and six.Taking teacher-student interaction and grade as independent variable, and taking academic self-efficacy of migrant children as dependent variable, the relationship between variables was explored. The main conclusions are as follows:1.In the difference analysis, academic self-efficacy has significant differences in grade and gender, and academic self-efficacy of female students is significantly higher than boys, and academic self-efficacy of grade five is significantly higher than academic self-efficacy of grade four.2.In the correlation analysis, there is a significant negative correlation between grade and teacher-student interaction, and there is a significant positive correlation between teacher-student interaction and academic self-efficacy.In the regression analysis,it is found that grade(environment variables)and teacher-student interaction(recent process variables)are able to predict the self-efficacy(development variables).Study 1 founds that not only interaction between teachers and students and academic self-efficacy have significant positive correlation, but also the former has a significant positive effect on the latter,a good teacher-student interaction can effectively promote the development of academic self-efficacy.This conclusion is the basis of research 2.Study 2 through the classroomobservation records, interviews and analysis of the interaction between teachers and students. What's more,Study 2 founds that the children in the classroom interaction problems. Finally, some suggestions are put forward in order to improve the self-efficacy of the migrant children and adapt to the new teaching environment.
