On the base of reading a lot of literature from civil and abroad about the academic adaption, especially middle school student academic adaption, this thesis reviews the present research of the definition,the indicators and the effect factors of the academic adaption. And summarises the present research of two important effect factors from interior and exterior: the academic self-efficacy and the teacher-student relationship. The subjects are students from the first and the second grade junior middle school, who participate in the questionnaire survey. The thesis investigates the condition of the academic adaption,the academic self-efficacy and the teacher-student relationship of junior middle school students , and compares the differences between gender,grade and class leader or not. What more, The thesis also discusses the relationship of academic self-efficacy,teacher-student relationship and academic adaption.The results of the research obtained is as follows:1,After entering junior middle school, students'aggregate level of academic adaption is above average. The best is learning tasks, the second is learning attitude and learning method, and the last is human relation.2,In the difference of academic adaption, there are marked difference in learning attitude and learning method between boys and girls. And there are marked difference in learning tasks and human relation between class leader or not. But there are not marked difference between grade.3,In the academic self-efficacy, there are marked difference in academic ability self-efficacy between boys and girls. and there are marked difference in the two dimensionalities of academic self-efficacy between the two grades and class leader or not.4,In the teacher-student relationship, there are marked difference in intimacy,avoidant and conflict between the two grades. And there are marked difference in intimacy and avoidant between class leader or not. But there are not marked difference between gender.5,In the relationship of the three variables, there are marked correlation between the academic adaption and the academic self-efficacy, and the academic self-efficacy can forecast the academic adaption markdely. And there are marked correlation between the academic adaption and the intimacy and avoidant of the teacher-student relationship, and they can forecast the academic adaption markdely. Except no marked correlation between attaching and academic action self-efficacy, there are marked correlation between the teacher-student relationship and the academic self-efficacy, and the intimacy and avoidant of the teacher-student relationship can forecast the academic self-efficacy markdely. Besides, the academic self-efficacy plays a part in mediating effect between the teacher-student relationship and the academic adaption.
