Rhapsody in Blue is the creation of a piano with Orchestra Piano Concerto by the famous composer,pianist,conductor George Gershiwin of the United States in twentieth Century,and this piece of work brings the Blues elements of African American music to the stage for the first time and also achieve good response in the music field.And the work was later adapted for the trumpet concerto with orchestras by the former Soviet Union's famous trumpeter Timofei Dokshitser.And he retained the original works under the premise of music style,blended in a lot of small unique technique,which finally becamea landmark of the trumpet solo repertoire-Rhapsody in Blue.In this essay,the author attempts to analyze on the smaller version of structure,music style,theme and rhythm of Rhapsody in blue,and then combined with years of experience in music learning and trumpet playing to illustrate the understanding of blues music style,theme played the part of the glide in the beginning,the use of different tone,the use of the mute and bass overblowing method of the whole version of Rhapsody in blue,in order to achieve the goal of combining theory and practice.
