As secondary vocational school students always hold a perfunctory attitude in language class,it is urgent to change this status for a language teacher.What kind of teaching management we should adopt to solve this problem? As a secondary Japanese teacher,I'm going to adopt the method of comparative research.By comparing the two types of classroom teaching management,that is the authoritative classroom teaching management and the democratic classroom teaching management,I may find out the best teaching management for myself and then I may spread and improve it in other teachers' class.Japanese teaching was a professional course in a secondary vocational school.It laid a lot of emphasis on learning professional knowledge and the final aim was the certificate of skill,therefore,in terms of basic knowledge,I always took the authoritative teaching management in class.But now Japanese teaching in the electronic commerce major that I am teaching is shorter than before.Having a try in teaching way seems important.The former authoritative teaching management mode,or democratic classroom teaching management style,which is more suitable for the class,that's my starting point.In the actual teaching process,I choose two classes to explore,which type is more suitable for classroom teaching management.For those two classes,one is adopted to the past authoritative teaching management,the other one is used to explore the type of liberal democratic classroom teaching management.I made a research on the comparation of the classroom teaching management,which is focus on the content of classroom teaching management----the classroom teaching time and the space management,the communication management of classroom teaching,and the classroom teaching content management.The research results are checking by the examinations.We have 64 classes each semester.My purpose of the research is to find out which type of classroom teaching management has more advantage to the students.In the whole process,I adjust the focus on the boy students and the girl students,according to how much they can grasp about Japanese knowledge.Both management focus on boys.The practical results of the studyis that the scores in authoritative classes are higher than that in the democratic classes.There is a significant difference on girl students.In this regard,no matter what type of classroom teaching management you take,students can not make it without the teachers' help.Teachers need to find the flexible and suitable teaching management according to the students' status.
