Research On The Management Of Art Students In Technical Secondary School Of Hebei

Secondary school student management plays an important role in the whole education system of our country.Under the background of the new era,it is of great significance to actively innovate the students management of technical secondary school,which is important to improve the quality of school management or to promote the development of students themselves.Among the whole secondary school student management system,the art student management work is more complex and challenging.It is mainly due to the complex personality characteristics of art students themselves in terms of ideology and value pursuit,and there are also some prominent problems in the management system,management method and teacher construction of art students management in these schools.Therefore,the management of art students has become a practical problem faced by technical secondary schools.It is urgent to analyze the management present situation,the existing problems and effective solutions from a special and comprehensive angle.In this paper,Hebei Province was the regional scope,art students in technical secondary schools was the main research object,and it mainly used empirical investigation,theoretical analysis,literature research and other methods,aiming to deeply explore the characteristics and laws of art students management,and then form the corresponding management mode,promote the formation of an efficient management pattern.The full text is divided into four chapters,focusing on the art students management in secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province,and make research according to the logical thinking of "investigation status-finding problems,analyzing problems-solving problems".Specifically,the first chapter discussed the purpose and significance of the research,and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad.The second chapter focused on the current situation of art students management in secondary schools in Hebei Provincefrom both the actual investigation dimension and theoretical analysis dimension.The third chapter focused on the analysis of the main problems existing in the management of art students in technical secondary schools in Hebei Province and analyzed the reasons.The fourth chapter analyzed the ways to improve the management effect of art students in technical secondary vocational schools.In short,most technical secondary schools in Hebei Province have made some achievements in the management of art students,but there are still some deficiencies in these schools,such as the lack of adaptability of management concept,the lack of flexibility of management methods,the lack of innovation of management mode,and the lack of integration of management culture.These problems have seriously hindered the improvement of the efficiency and quality of art students management.In this regard,based on theory analysis and practice,this paper attempted to explore how to improve the management level of art students in technical secondary school from the aspects of improving management concept,innovating management method,perfecting management system and optimizing management team.
