Research On The Development Of The Rural Mass Culture Activities In Mudanjiang

Culture is the reflection of a country's Comprehensive National Power. Culture is the blood lineage of a nation. People's conception and ideal come from the national culture and the national culture makes people's life more abundant. With the reforming and opening-up of our country, the material life is richer and richer, so the quality of the spiritual life is more and more important. From this aspect, developing the cultural undertaking and advancing the Socialist culture have been an urgent demand of the developing of both a nation and her people. Cultural construction is an important part of people's livelihood, so it is necessary to make this undertaking as close to people's life as possible. The fundamental purpose is to make both the Socialist material life and spiritual life develop together. Making the cultural benefit deeper and longer is the key to the construction of new rural culture.In this article, we set Mudanjiang City as an example. After researching the related articles, we use literature method, inductive method, deduction method to analyze the present situation of the rural cultural construction. In this method, we summarize the problems existing in the cultural construction of rural areas in Mudanjiang City and explode the corresponding solutions. In order to solve the contradiction and problems existing in the construction of the rural culture in Mudanjiang City, sum up the experiment, explore the law and solve the problems thoroughly.There are four parts of this article. In the first part, we introduce the background, theoretical significance and practical significance of this research. After listing the related articles, we will make a general introduction of the content and methods of this research. In the second part, we start from the concept of the rural cultural construction and end with the analysis of related concept and theory. In the third part, we set Mudanjiang City as an example. In this part, we summarize problems existing in the rural cultural construction and analyze the reason. In the forth part, we cut in from the problems we summarized in the third part and try to find out the specific solutions. First, we need to make the management mechanism perfect. Second, we need to strengthen the basic construction of rural cultural construction. Third, pay more attention to the talent who are gifted in the rural cultural construction and provide enough trains and courses for them. Forth, pay more attention to the training for the amateur who can contribute to the rural cultural construction. Last, form the specific features in the process of building rural cultural construction. Thus, we can point out the relationship of the rural cultural construction from both theoretically and practically.
