The Management Of Rural Culture Activities In Xuzhou

President Xi Jinping pointed out in his speech at the symposium on literary and art work that culture is an important force for the survival and development of a nation.Both every leap forward in human society and every sublimation of human civilization are always accompanied by the historic progress of culture.Human civilization was created by all the nations of the world.With the convocation of 19th CPC National Congress,it's universally identified that the principal social contradiction in our country has changed into a contradiction between the growing needs of people for a better life and uneven and inadequate development,which also means that in the work of our Government,more emphasis should be placed on narrowing the income gap among the inhabitants to achieve equalities in public services.In the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and in the process of promoting the modern scientific and technological means and the policies for precise poverty alleviation and family farms,rural areas have gradually stepped out of the stage of material scarcity,and their demand for culture has gradually become prominent.Xuzhou has a long history and a vast rural area.With the abundance of material life in rural areas,the demand for spiritual life is also increasing day by day,and the demand for rural cultural activities is becoming increasingly strong.The cultural activities in rural areas have sprung up endlessly which requires that the administration quality of the rural cultural activities in Xuzhou should be matched with the current development of rural cultural activities.On the basis of a large number of documents involved,this paper selects the rural areas in Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province as the research aim,takes the management situation of rural cultural activities in Xuzhou as the main research object,adopts multiple methods of documentary,induction,investigation,data analysis,theory and practice and so on.,and analyzes the current situation of rural cultural activities management in Xuzhou.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction,which briefly summarizes the research background and significance of Xuzhou cultural activities management,and the second part is about the related concepts and theoretical basis,mainly focusing on the definition of the concepts of rural cultural activities and rural cultural activities management as well as including a brief overview of public goods theory,the new public service theory,the multi-center governance theory,etc.The third part is about introducing the current situation of the management of the rural cultural activities in Xuzhou,involving a detailed analysis of the achievements,problems and causes existing in Xuzhou's current management.The fourth part uses the experiences of other areas at home and abroad in the management of rural cultural activities for reference,briefly introduces advanced practices in other countries and areas at home and abroad and makes a summary about these useful experiences;the 5th part comes up with the measures promoting the management of rural cultural activities in Xuzhou,that is to combine the actual situation in Xuzhou and put forward practical countermeasures.And the 6th part is the conclusion,in which the author summarizes the research condition and deficiency of this paper.Aiming at the development situation,the obstacles and the problems in the management of rural cultural activities in Xuzhou in recent years,the author brings forward the countermeasures to the problems,thereby to further promote the management of rural cultural activities in Xuzhou and enrich the relevant theoretical research.
