The main reason for said research is to clarify why and how Malaysian Chinese apply foreign languages?Malay and English?and dialects?Hokkien and Cantonese?in Mandarin used in Malaysia to present specified emotion.As a member of Malaysian and a member of Malaysian Chinese,we expect to have further and better understanding on the language and culture of Malaysian Chinese and Malaysian Mandarin by collecting and analyzing concern data from the internet and Malaysian Mandarin BBS.The paper was divided into 6 chapters as below:1st chapter:Clarify reason of researching,contribution expected,method of researching,source of material,brief introduction of researches among related fields,introduction of terms applied in said article and a Brief introduction of how Malaysian Mandarin was developed.2nd chapter:Introduction,analysis and categorization of word borrowing,semantic evolution and structure shift of foreign languages and Malaysian Mandarin dialects elements applied in Malaysian Mandarin which contains specified emotional expression base on material collected.3rd chapter:Emotional expression analysis and categorization on foreign languages and Malaysian Mandarin dialects elements which applied in Malaysian Mandarin.4th chapter:Analysis on internal and external conditions caused usage of foreign language and dialect elements in Malaysian Mandarin.5th chapter:Reason and effect analyzing of usage of foreign language and dialect elements for emotional expression in Malaysian Mandarin.6th chapter:Conclude by answering questions mentioned in 1st chapter base on researches made in 2nd?5th chapter.
