Che Yangao has a dual identity of poet and civil servants and became one of the controversial and legendary character in the poetry's history of our new century.From 2005 to now,Che Yangao has focused on poetry writing for more than 10 years,and throughout his 10 years of poetry writing,it is not difficult to find that Che Yangao especially pays attention to the undertaking of the classical resources.One of the most important feature about it is the use of a large number of classical imagery,consistent with the poetry creation tendency which is borrowing images from the classical culture and literature.This paper attempts to read the text of Che Yangao's poetry,and discusses the using characteristics and significance to new poetry about his poetry's "classical imagery".This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is introduction.First of all,this paper summarizes the current research status of Che Yangao's poetry works,and then defines the concept of the image and the classical image.In the second chapter,classical imagery is divided into three types,namely,the classical character image,the natural image from the traditional literature or society and the monuments image.They have a rich spiritual connotation.The classical character images look at people from the ethical perspective and keen on ancient and noble personality that do not influent by modern civilization.Mainly through the exploration of historical and cultural character,it aims to convey two kinds of personality ideal persistent pursuit-the "literary style" and "heroism",thus carrying forward the excellent national character.Traditional natural images reproduce the traditional cultural spirit of "harmony between man and nature" from the point of view of aesthetics and ecology.By traditional natural imagery,life and the spirit of life between nature and human keep consistent existence: on the one hand,nature as a unique aesthetic object,has the integration of communication with people's emotion and spirit;on the other hand,nature is home to human survival,and deserves to be respected and loved,thus conveying that "the fundamental relationship between man and nature is a harmonious symbiotic harmony between man and nature spirit.Monuments image generated a sense of history by identifying with and rethinking profoundly to history.The emotion about past of history refers to that the monument image has a special like to the Chinese history,then derived from deep feeling to the history,and continuate explicit old memories in the implicit past of history,thus giving the glorious history a living space."Historical reflection" is manifested as a state of communication between ancient and modern.Che Yangao reinterpreted the combination of history and the present age and Learn from ancient times.The third chapter probes into the construction of classical imagery in Che Yangao's poetry,and focuses on the analysis of the two most common combinations of classical imagery in Che Yangao's poetry,namely,superimposed and leaping."Superposition" refers to the combination of classical images and classical images,including two kinds of style-"folding" and "folding fingers",which create a harmonious and unified poetic mood." Leaping " is a combination of classical image and the current image,such as "different time and space jumping”and “the same space in different time jumping".There were aesthetic implication about "civilian" and "elegance".The fourth chapter reveals the significance of the application of the classical images to the development of new poetry.Discovered by using classical imagery in New Poetry since the 54 period,classical images appear in the car in the poem,not only can undertake classical resources in the image of "quantity" and "quality",followed,expanded poetic imagery system,inherited the spirit of historical and cultural connotation behind the classical image,but also effectively deepen the ideological content of poetry in the exchanges and integration between ancient and modern.The classical images in Che Yangao's writings reflect the ideological theme-"attachment and reflection of traditional historical culture" in an invariable connotation.At the same time,classical imagery is a unique modern metaphor,which has the value of reconstructing modern civilization,and derives the ideological theme about "alerting and criticizing the present existence of the world".In addition,the classical image can enhance the artistic expression of Poetry:in the way of lyric,it can make the expression more subtle;from the perspective of structure,two kinds of combination of classical imagery in poetry plays a role that can not be ignored in conveying poetry's aesthetic and implication.But unfinished comments pointed out that Che Yangao's poetry creation provides us with valuable experience in dealing with the relationship between tradition and modernity.Through the use of classical imagery,Che Yangao explores the possibility of modern poetry writing from the classical resources,which constitutes an important dimension of contemporary poetry to explore the road,and have important theoretical value and practical significance to the development of contemporary poetry.At the same time,the use of classical imagery in Che Yangao's poetry is influenced by western literature and art.Under the action of modern western impressionism,the tradition of natural images in Che Yangao's poetry focus on the natural color,and intuitively showing emotion with warm and cold colors;and through the practices of beauty as ugly art form Western,Che Yangao beautify the ugly things in daily life with the classical imagery.So under the cultural context of today's era of diversity and openness,Che Yangao's poetry provides a fully inclusive and equitable attempts and efforts between the eastern and Western culture and arts for us.It deserves contitued reference and study for later.
